1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading media, purchasing hosting plans, or viewing albums hosted on Album.li ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwordless authentication credentials, passcodes, and account access. You are entirely responsible for all activities and content published under your account.

3. Content Ownership & License

You retain full intellectual property rights and copyright to all photographs, designs, and audio files uploaded to Album.li. By uploading, you grant Album.li a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, compress, and render the media as needed to deliver the flipbook service to you and your authorized viewers.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, exploitative of minors, infringes upon third-party intellectual property, or promotes violence or unlawful activities. Violations result in immediate album termination and account ban without refund.

5. Paid Hosting Plans & Expiration

Album hosting plans are pre-paid fixed terms (e.g., Event, Standard, or Annual plans). Upon expiration, albums enter a temporary 3-day grace period, after which they are archived or deactivated if not renewed. Payments are processed securely via authorized processors (Razorpay / PayPal).

6. Limitation of Liability

Album.li is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for accidental data loss; users are advised to retain original copies of all uploaded photographs.
