1. Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard

You have full real-time control over your data. To permanently delete your photos or entire albums:

  1. Log into your account at album.li/login.
  2. Navigate to your Albums Dashboard.
  3. Click the Delete button on any individual album. This permanently purges all uploaded high-res photos and thumbnails from our disks immediately.

2. Complete Account Termination

If you wish to terminate your entire profile and all associated data permanently, you can do so in two ways:

Option A: Go to Account Settings and select "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.

Option B: Send an email from your registered account address to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

3. What Gets Erased?

Upon account deletion:

  • All photobooks, original photos, thumbnails, and custom audio tracks are deleted permanently from the file storage server.
  • Your email and profile records are erased from the primary database.
  • Historical payment transaction logs are retained strictly as required by financial regulations and tax compliance laws.
