1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email address and optional mobile phone number for authentication via native one-time passcodes (OTP).
- Media Content: Digital photographs, album metadata (titles, captions, cover images), and uploaded audio files.
- Technical Logs: IP address, device type, and browser user-agent to ensure rate limiting and security via Cloudflare.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data solely to deliver the interactive photobook experience, process renewal payments, prevent abusive traffic via Cloudflare Turnstile, and transmit transaction receipts via Brevo SMTP. We do not sell your personal information or use your private photos to train AI models.
3. Album Privacy & Visitor Access
Albums configured as "Private" or "Passcode Protected" require a PIN or secure cryptographically signed invite URL. While we enforce strict server authorization checks, anyone with whom you intentionally share the PIN or invite link will be able to view that album's contents.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete any photo or entire photobook instantly from your user dashboard, which purges the files from our storage disks. To request permanent account erasure, visit our Account Deletion page or email [email protected].
