How do my guests view my album? ↓
Guests do not need to create accounts or download any application. You simply send them your unique album link (e.g., album.li/a/your-album-slug) via WhatsApp, SMS, or QR code. It opens and flips instantly in their browser.
Can I lock my album with a passcode or PIN? ↓
Yes. In your album settings, toggle visibility to Private and set a numeric PIN. Visitors will be prompted to enter the PIN before the photobook opens, or you can generate pre-authorized invite tokens that bypass the PIN for select VIPs.
What happens when my plan duration expires? ↓
When an album plan reaches its expiration date, we provide a 3-day grace period with a gentle renewal reminder. You can renew or upgrade at any time to keep it active without losing any media or viewer analytics.
What image formats and background music formats are supported? ↓
We support high-resolution JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For music, you can select from our royalty-free library or upload your own audio file in MP3, M4A, or WAV format (up to 20MB).
